[Typo3] Trouble at BE Login

Now, one hour later, i install on a new maschine also a fresh Dummy. The 
first Typo3 installation on a fresh server.

And 1 2 3 working. Just in 5 minutes a working installation. Yes i can 
handle it

Fact: i have a problem on my mayor maschine with a 2nd Typo3 installation.
