[Typo3] flexform field type docs

Hi *,

Where can I find documentation about type of fields supported in flexforms?

I need to have a date field. If someone has implement a date filed in 
flexform.. please mail me the xml.

I have gone through the wiki 
(http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Extension_Development%2C_using_Flexforms), 
which is the best place to learn about flexforms... many thanks for 
putting up that documentation.
