[Typo3] Creating dynamic option-items in constant editor

Dear list,

is it possible to create a dynamic list of items for a selectorbox in the 
constants editor? So I have:

[...]
    # cat=plugin.myplugin/ctable; type=options 
[field1,field2,field3,field4]; label= Define an alternative field for xy.
  alternativeField.xy =
[...]

Now field1, field2 etc. is hardcoded, but I want these options to be 
populated by dynamic content, e.g. an array generated by an external 
php-script (compare: flexforms in plugin-settings).
