[Typo3] Links with parameters in RTE?

Hello list,
Is it possible to make a link that has parameters, other than page id,
in the RTE?
I am trying to put a link to a news article that looks like this:
http://www.site.com/index.php?id=539&tx_newsflexible_article[id]=7768&cHash=dbfd036e67

but RTE changes all ampersands to & and so cripples the link:
http://www.site.com/?id=539&tx_newsflexible_article[id]=7768&cHash=dbfd036e67

I'm using the default RTE with Typo3 3.8.
