[Typo3] Flash banner covers the gmenu_layers

Hi Gidion. I while ago I mad a patch for the TMENU/GMENU_LAYERS files, to 
fix a similar problem, where <select> tags "shine thru" the menus.

The patch is included in the TYPO3 v3.8.0 release.. (I guess someone forgot 
to add the property to TSRef .)
Maybe it will work for flash files too?
