[Typo3] dynaflex : how to add a simple field

This is not possible. Well, basically is it but it makes no sense. The 
reason is, that there must be a database field available for each field 
in the TCA. And if you add such a field and it doesn't exist in the 
database you will get an error at least on saving the TCE form.

The other thing is, that you have to add the field into the types and 
palettes section of the TCA. So, the main target of dynaflex is to edit 
flexforms dynamically, the TCA can be changed also but it makes no sense 
to add fields there.
A use case could be to add tab dividers or moving fields in the TCE form 
(with the next version).

Anyhow, I just tried to add a field directly into the TCA and I found 
some minor bugs in the dynaflex extension. So I will try to fix them 
this evening and upload a new version.

The extension was made for the commerce extension. I released to get 
feedback. So I can fix bugs or implement new features.
It works quite stable for the commerce extension but I have no 
experiences how it behaves in other configurations. So, everyfeedback is 
welcome! :-)
