[Typo3] Login for Frontend users not working (PHP 5.0.5, Windows 2003 server and IIS)

Hi Jan,

we're running TYPO3 3.8.0 with PHP5 (5.0.4) on FreeBSD and we've 
experienced no problems with the FE-Login. So I assume it's not PHP5 
what causes your problem. But I have no glue at all from Windows 2003
server with IIS...
