[Typo3] simulate static? pros and cons

Hello dimitry,

I wish that was the same for me! This drives me crazy. Have you gor any
clues on that? Could you post me your language switch implementation code
snippet as well as the simulateStatic snippet together with your template
inclusion/cascading structure if appropriate?

I am using "L" + simulateStatic on four different sites (3.7.0 and
3.8.0), no problems on any of them...
