[Typo3] Typo3 and MySQL innodb

In TYPO3 there are (were, if CVS) hardcoded references to MyISAM as table
type. But you can change the table type manually after having set up the
tables, and nothing will break.

You will notice a performance decrease, though. Make sure to tune the InnoDB
parameters, the defaults are, uhm, conservative.
