[Typo3] No ImageMagick install available

Hi
I have problem with IM under typo3 3.7. IM stops working after few months.
I think that something has changed in server configuration but server admin 
said that IM is available and works ok.
Install page of typo3 shows that "No ImageMagick install available" in 
/usr/bin/.
I've uploaded Gallery script and run setup. "Gallery" found IM in /usr/bin
I've also checked other simple script that use IM and had no problem.
Do you have any idea what is wrong?
