If your are using template autoparser it might not recognize <td 
id=border"> as something to become a subpart becaause of the missing quote.
If it is yet parsed the subpart is ###border###. subparts.Border would 
replace the content of ###Border###.
If your are using hand-made subparts ###BORDER### this also doen´t match 
with subparts.Border.
