[Typo3] cannot find "disableIPlock" field in be_user table under typo3 3.5.0

i (as many had) cannot login to BE anymore. No cookies error. One solution 
that seems to work is to edit the "disableIPlock" field in the "be_users" 
table from phpMyAdmin and change the default value of
0 under "disableIPlock" to 1.

But the thing is there is no such field under 3.5.0, so what do i do ?? Is 
it hidden? or somewhere else or was it added in a later release?
