[Typo3] How to insert London time in my page but not the server one?

Hello,

The problem seems to be solved even if it doesn't work at 100%. It works with the "GMT" TZ.

Most of the time is does but sometime I can reload the page and the page will appear with the server time and not anymore the London one... But 90% of the time it works.

I tried to reproduce the case in which it doesn't work but with no luck :/
