[Typo3] External URL help

Hi Pierre and others - after months , it's fixed.  External URL's work!!! 
Hallelujah!!!

It was a simple bug:

I had the following line in my typo3 template setup:

            config.disablePageExternalUrl = 1

Removing that line fixed the problem,
