[Typo3] Better RTE

TYPO3 has a set of very powerful functions to clean up such code. Have a
look at the RTEhtmlarea documentation.

BTW: RTEhtmlarea will become the default RTE in TYPO3 4.0. So no more
"by-default" dependency to Internet Explorer - hooray!!
