[Typo3] Mysql error with static_languages table

Problem is EXT:sr_static_info

I have spent some time already to find that bug but wwe couldn't manage
to do so.

Install-Tool/Compare does not recognize the DB-structure of the EXT and
tehrefor it is really easy to destroy it.

Just go to EXT-Manager, select sr_static_info and import the tables again.
