[Typo3] why can't i log in with my fronted user?

Hi,i have forgot to tell you because i use the Page Template Structure 
that i made for the whole page tree ,so in the Constant editor of 
Template module,i can't find the "Content: 'Login'",but in the another 
website that i did not apply the Page Template Structure,i can find the 
"Content: 'Login'".
now that i can not find the "Content: 'Login'" what can i do about that?
