Both replies assumed you were using the typical and very common Linux/Apache
server installation and assumes you have basic knowledge.

Otherwise for us to help further, please advise:
1)Do you have SSH access?
2)Do you have full server access?
3)Are you hosted on a Wi*dows machine or a Linux machine?
