[Typo3] Quota system

Hi,

The extension seem only can control the filemount
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/kb_filequota/Known_problems-f49ec04ebc/

Is there any solution can force all uploads by user must put into the
specific filemount. rather than /uploads/the_ext/ folder?
