[Typo3] Problen with Danish characters in TemplaVoila FCE

This is afair due to Charset problems on php5 installations. We had 
similar problems, and I have filed a bug [1] (there's a somewhat ugly 
patch), but no response yet. Maybe the issue is addressed in the soon to 
come version 4 of typo3.
