[Typo3] resources files' names are changed

Hi guys,
  I am sorry, I think I was stupid somehow... the problem is with my way  to upload files and using them and everytime I upload an image for  example and save it to the database, it is saved in the upload  extension directory (/uploads/tx_cars/) and then everytime I add it  again to any content using the same extension it copied again to the  same directory with different name _01, _02 and so on!
  
  I think I have either to recheck my extention and update my tables relations and forms...
