What is the current way to remove the onfocus="blurLink(this); A tag param
from page content elements like site map.

Most of the stuff I found were hacks to the code.

TSREF suggests that config.ATagParams will insert the onfocus code but in
all my sites it is entered by default? Setting this to nothing does not
remove it.

TSREF also suggests config.removeDefaultJS = 1 will remove JS but it does
not. It removes the function but not the A tag params.

The default JavaScript is the blurLink function and browser detection
variables.
