Again,

what makes you think that offering yet another forum will bring the 
community together? Apart from the question whether a forum is better or 
worse than these lists - we've had that - isn't another platform 
essentially leading towards fragmentation of communities instead of 
integration.

Anyway, good luck with the forum. May it relieve us of the newbie 
questions ;)
