[Typo3] accesslist per pageTSconfig

Hi,

How can I setup (per pageTSconfig), that a specific pagecontentelement 
cannot be used at a specific page.
For example I want to keep users from inserting a news-record in a 
calendar- (or just not-news-)page.
Like I can in a group-setup in the "Include Access List" and "Tables 
(modify/listing)" - but I want it per page, not per group.

I didnt find usefull docs (?).
