[Typo3] customized back-ends (skins)

Hi,
 
Is there any personalized back-end packages available online for typo3 ?
I'd like to include bigger icons, more user friendly in the back-end for
a client.
Something like a skin, which would enhance the back end, graphically.
Please send me any links about how to personalize back end icons, and or
personalized typo3 backends/icons sets/css sets available online.
