[Typo3] How to copy a Typo3 project from one server to another

1) You need to press this top import:
"Dump static data               IMPORT"

Not this lower one...
"typo3conf/050827380readybuilt.sql (1.7 M)      COMPARE IMPORT  VIEW"

2) If this does not work why not import it via mysqladmin?

3) Maybe you have a bad dump format. Try another dump file.

If successful you will typically see an increased number of tables, ie from
the additional extensions

Mine says:
"db_com_-_typo3live is selected as database.
Has 45 tables.
"
