[Typo3] Menu in centered table

Hi,

Does anybody have some example of vertical menu with submenus (like T43
in TMENU_LAYERS examples - the menu is expanding to the right) that can be
used in centered table - fixed width table centered in the browser window.
I'm having problems with absolute values that cause wrong submenu
position when i resize browser window. I tried different option from TSref
dealing TMENU_LAYERS but none of them worked ok.
