[Typo3] External URL in menu

Great! It works perfectly now!
Just a little more question: do you know how to avoid a 
"target=....." parameter to be appended to the external links 
generated by the above syntax? At present I get this:

<a href="http://www.typo3.org" target="_top">...</a>

but this syntax is not valid as XHTML 1.0 strict.
