[Typo3] Some problems with cron_cssstyledimgtext

Hello Miroslav,

I had installed it (static Template), but some funny permission stuff seem 
to had made some problems. They are solved, and it works. But neither me 
than my ISP understand. But I've had permissions problem for about two weeks, 
and this was the only ekstension installed in this period.
