No bug. It's a feature: when ever a _INT is found it's turns off page 
caching as caching would be a little bit complicate and NOT straight 
forward so far. As you can figure out at the actual macina_banner 
extension it can be done. And with some investment it could be solved in 
general. But not in general as there are draw backs , e.g. content based 
on user login. But this is a different story.
