[Typo3] Moving from MTB to TemplaVoila

These two methods are not compatible. TemplaVoila has its own procedure
to process sites. I suggest that you skip MTB phase and go directly to
TV version. It is useful to *learn* MTB but if you will not be able to
migrate easily.
