[Typo3] only render one marker on some pages

Hi list.
on my typo3 website i´m using a designtemplate called design.html

___ts______________________________________________

10 = TEMPLATE
       10.template = FILE
       10.template.file = fileadmin/design.html
       ...
___________________________________________________

within this template are 2 markers ->###menu### & ->###content###.
My problem is some pages should only display the content. this means
the menu marker should not be rendered on some pages. all of those pages
lay in a sys_folder called archiv.

maybe someone could give me a hint how to do this?
