[Typo3] An easy way to clean up disused uploads?

Hi all,

I am quickly losing server space due to a content rich client, is there an
easy way to get rid of disused image files created by Typo3 (ie identifying
which files are no longer used and deleting them). I'm particularly
concerned about the /uploads folder. Typo3 seems to make lots and lots of
copies of the same images.
