[Typo3] Copying page tree from one site to another

you could use the build in .t3d import/export function  
(http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/typo3_tut/Copy_Cut_Paste_I/)

you can also copy your template files by hand and dump your database and  
import it on the live server
