[Typo3] Conditional comment in <HEAD>

Hi Thomas,

as far as i know this is a templavoila related bug and wil be fixed in  
templavoila 1.0

as a workaround you could add your own header parts with typoscript (i  
dont know if page.headerData works with templavoila but i think so) and  
use typoscript conditions to detect the used browser  
( http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/doc_core_tsref/browser/ )
