[Typo3] seemingly easy strftime quesstion

Hi all,

when I set strftime to %I:%M %p  at the the following output:  06:30 pm.

Is there a setting that would allow me to strip the 0, so it would just 
output 6:30 pm?

I looked over the strftime entry in the docs and didn't see anything.  Did I 
miss something?
