[Typo3] How i can remove <p></p> in one bulets list?

Hi list.

I have one simple question. If i insert one bullet list on the content 
page, why i get this?

<p><UL>
</p>
<p><LI>Text test</LI>
</p>
<p><LI>Text test Text test Text test Text test</LI>
</UL>
</p>



How i can remove <p> this from the source. I see for each UL and LI tag, 
i received one pargraph in plus.
