[Typo3] Creating a new layout for file links

Hi Søren. If you use css_styled_content, then the layout of FILELINKS are 
defined in the file "class.tx_cssstyledcontent_pi1.php" (Line 191-)

Its one of the few objects that still have hardcoded (table) layout.
