[Typo3] TemplaVoila Umlaute / umlauts / special characters

Hi,

Whenever I try to use special characters (such as German umlauts or the "ç"
in français) in a TemplaVoila FCE it cannot be saved anymore and produces
the following error message:

in C:\Programme\xampp\htdocs\typo3\t3lib\class.t3lib_div.php on line 1458

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in
C:\Programme\xampp\htdocs\typo3\t3lib\class.t3lib_div.php on line 1459

in C:\Programme\xampp\htdocs\typo3\template.php on line 601

Does anyone know a solution to this?
