[Typo3] Document acknowledgement/copyright enforcement functionality?

Hello List,

I have a client who would like to have site visitors read a disclaimer
and acknowledge by clicking a checkbox before they download certain
documents from the site. They don't want to make people get any kind of
login ID to do this. This is for copyright protection of the
organization's documents. 

Does anyone know of anything in the Typo realm to handle this kind of
functionality?
