[Typo3] Paste As Text in RTE htmlarea

Hello Dmitrii,

Thanks for your answer. I do know about that option, but it takes more
time than the other 2 methods and is easier to forget.

It would be a good option if it was done automatically when pasting
(optional through typoscript or something of course).
