[Typo3] typo3 in site directory

Igor,
best would be to follow the instructions in INSTALL.txt, but here the short

1) find the root directory of your web server (if you don't know where 
it is check your httpd.conf)
2) extract the source ball into the root (you will end up with a 
directory typo3_src-3.8.0)
3) extract the dummy-3.8.0 ball into the root directory (or quickstart 
or testsite, depending on what you want to do)
4) rename dummy-3.8.0 to new
5) make sure that the user the web server is running as has read/write 
privileges to the source directory as well as to the directory renamed in 4)
