[Typo3] realurl and cyrillic page titles

the tip with setting FE and BE to utf-8 is a good one
You can find a working setup for template settings and localconf.php here:
http://cannonbose.com/typo3-cmf/typo3-realurl.html - it covers some extensions too.
I got it working at http://www.kraus.at/
