[Typo3] update from 3.7.0 to 3.7.1 or 3.8.0 (help)

And happy me continues :o) I can install extensions that modifes my DB 
scheme (which was impossible before the upgrade to 3.7.1) and I still have 
images :oD

Wonders if I should try the same approach and make an upgrade to 3.8.0 when 
I'm at it
