[Typo3] Direct Mail phpcron invocation from wget

Oliver,

Thanks for the wet blanket. Now I can turn my energy to something 
besides how I will make DM work without cron access. I know of one 
option--change hosts. Perhaps someone has written a cron emulator 
in Perl for such drastic circumstances.

In the developers dreams, a console would sit above the rest of 
Typo3 to control various functions?
