[Typo3] 3.8.0 & rtehtmlarea

checked syntax thourougly?
Had a look at info/Page-TSConfig RTE. ?
recent version of rtehtmlarea?

P.S.:
try if local instead of global installation does help. I had some issues
on this already in earlier versions.
