Thx, you were right;

To make it quick for others with same problem I put the solution here:


>$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['requiredExt'] = 'cms,lang';

so please comment the line with TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['requiredExt'] = 
'cms,lang';
and everything should work fine.
