[Typo3] Problem with typo3 3.8 installation

Hello!


I have downloaded typo3 3.8 testsite and put it on my shared server; 
previously I cleared my old typo3 3.7 installation (files and database 
tables). When I am trying to go to istall screen, by typing: 
http://mydomain/typo3folder I get this error message:

 TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "sv" was NOT loaded! 
(t3lib_extMgm::extPath)

I have changed the permissions to folders listed in install.txt and also 
made necessary changes to /typo3/install/index.php (with 127.0.0.1 etc)


what may be wrong?
