[Typo3] typo3 3.8 update problem

Hello,

I tried to update my 3.7 version to 3.8. The first website went allright
with no problem. Except the second one. 

I get the following error:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in
/home/internet/public_html/cms/typo3conf/temp_CACHED_ps610d_ext_localconf.ph
p on line 371

I tried to delete the temp_cache files, but everytime it's coming back with
the same error?

How can I fix this.
