[Typo3] RTE isnt working

Hi Jesper				

im using the normal RTE 0.0.10. I know that only the IE can display the RTE. It works all fine beore the system was crashed. I tryied to uninstall and reinstall the RTE but without any success. The window where the RTE has to be is still white. Dont know why.
